What is the aim of this course?

The aim of this course is to help consumer organisations to:

The course is organised in two parts to give participants the opportunity to work on and refine their strategic plan and business plan accompanied by a financing strategy. The course will cover elements of the business plan, coaching advice as well as room for mutual exchange.


IMPORTANT:
Please note that this is training requests a high input of work from participants before, during and after the first training. Therefore, you should only apply if you are willing to commit to this work and active participation in both courses, because only then can the successful outcome be ensured, and the coaching of the second part of the course becomes an added value to your organisation.

Application Requirements - deadline 25th April

In order to be considered for participating in the training, please send us a draft of a simple business plan for your organisation for 2013. In order to establish this, make sure that you have a development project for which you want to prepare a Business plan. Please submit this draft of a simple business plan to beuc.training@beuc.eu.
