What is the aim of this course?
The course will be an introduction to the theme of Project Management & Funding. The aim of this course is to offer participants knowledge and tools for effective organisational and project management and to impart realistic guidance in relation to the securing of funds.
The course will provide participants with a set of materials and checklists to follow throughout the course, which they can use on their return home.
