What is the aim of this course?

The aim of this course is to offer participants a comprehensive introduction to public relations, public affairs and media relations. It trains participants in external communication, media and lobbying techniques and provides pathways for the planning and implementation of effective and persuasive campaigns.

The objective of this course is to provide knowledge and tools to enable participants to influence government policy and legislation and to contribute to European debate on consumer protection issues.
