In an attempt to have participants with a similar level of experience, we ask that in deciding whether to apply for this course or who to send on the course, that you carefully read the participant profile below to see whether the course matches your needs. This course will be targeted at participants who are :

- Staff members or volunteers who have already have some basic experience as communicators and/ or dealing with the media
- professionals who will be required to speak to the media in the near future or who will have communicating responsibilities
