What is the aim of this course?
This course will focus on the main theme of consumer redress at EU level. Its main aim is to provide participants with understanding of and practical knowlegde on the use of consumer redress mechanisms.

This course will be targeted at participants who :
- already have a basic knowledge of EU consumer law
- are currently working on the consumer redress issue (ADR, collective redress, private enforcement)
- will take on responsabilities for this topic in the near future
