What is the aim of this course?

The aim of this course is to increase the effectiveness of consumer organisations by providing them with expertise in EU consumer law.

The course will provide participants with an understanding of the legal and other instruments used at European level to ensure the protection of consumer rights as well as an overview and update of current activities.

The topics covered are introduced and explored by speakers from academia, consumer organisations and the European Commission.
